Follow up call
#1 goal was to show that the employees were fun, talented, and driven
#2 goal to show teamwork amongst their specialized teams
#3 to show off the work environment because it helps recruit the right people.
#1 A site visit was done to meet the top brass, see the environment, and witness a meeting.
#2 A byproduct of that visit was to sit with the president who wanted something fresh. Competitor’s ABOUT pages were looked through.
#3 A shoot plan was drawn up dividing the 5 hour half day into two parts A) on location and B) in studio portraits.
#4 It was decided that each person would have three headshots done: Corporate, Casual, and Silly with props. The Corporate headshot was for Berkadia, the parent company, the Casual shot was the RedIQ portrait and the silly shot appears if you roll over the straight casual shot another personality is revealed.
#5 The background was to be pure white, the format of the photos would follow the already established square format.
#6 A memo followed and was sent out with a google calendar invite detailing what was expected from the 14 employees.
